30 day challenge

I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's 30 day fat loss MAP challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing. Have lost count of the amount of stones I have already lost, need to to focus on the two I still have to go.
